$150 corner

Food Vendor Booth
$650.00 total
Includes a 10×10 indoor serving booth plus access to the designated outdoor cooking area.
Limited to 5
- No cooking inside the Exhibition Hall
- Cooking permitted only outdoors
- Open category with limited duplicates
- DOH permit and insurance required
- Booth secured once full payment is received

Vendor Process

By submitting a vendor application to Hi Fit Expo 2026, you agree to the following.
Approval and Payment
Booth space is not reserved until the required payment is received. Hi Fit Expo reserves the right to approve or decline any vendor application.
Booth Assignment
Booth placement is determined by event management. Hi Fit Expo reserves the right to relocate booths to maintain safety, traffic flow, or event balance.
Vendor Conduct
Vendors must operate in a professional and respectful manner. Hi Fit Expo reserves the right to remove any vendor whose conduct is deemed disruptive or unsafe.
Insurance and Permits
Vendors are responsible for obtaining all required permits, licenses, and insurance. Food vendors must provide a valid Hawaii Department of Health permit and Certificate of Insurance prior to the event.
Cooking and Fire Safety
No cooking or open flame is permitted inside the Exhibition Hall. Cooking is permitted only in designated outdoor areas. All propane and fire equipment must comply with local fire regulations.
Electricity
Electrical access must be requested in advance. Vendors are responsible for ensuring their equipment meets venue requirements.
Cancellations and Refunds
Vendor booth fees are non-refundable unless the event is canceled by Hi Fit Expo. No refunds are issued for vendor cancellation.
Liability and Marketing
Hi Fit Expo is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged property. Vendors participate at their own risk. Vendors grant permission for Hi Fit Expo to use business name and event photos for marketing.
