When is vendor load-in?
Vendor setup takes place on Thursday, June 26. Final load-in schedule and instructions will be emailed prior to the event.
When are public event hours?
The event is open to the public on Saturday, June 27 and Sunday, June 28.
What does the 10×10 booth include?
Indoor vendor booths include a 10×10 space and pipe and drape backdrop. Vendors provide their own tables, chairs, displays, and extension cords.
How does payment work?
Indoor booths require a 50 percent deposit to secure space. The remaining balance is due prior to the event. Food vendor booths require full payment to secure space.
Are corner booths guaranteed?
Corner booths are limited and assigned based on availability. Selection occurs during final payment.
Is electricity included?
Electricity is not included by default. Electrical access must be requested in advance and added during final payment.
Can food vendors cook inside?
No cooking or open flame is permitted inside the Exhibition Hall. Cooking is allowed only in designated outdoor areas. Food vendors must provide a valid Hawaii Department of Health permit and Certificate of Insurance.
Are duplicate vendors allowed?
Hi Fit Expo curates the vendor mix. Limited duplication is allowed. Primary food categories are limited.
Are vendor payments refundable?
Vendor booth fees are non-refundable unless the event is canceled by Hi Fit Expo.
How many attendees are expected?
Projected attendance is 2,500 to 3,000 over the weekend, including athletes, families, coaches, and fitness enthusiasts.
